Our Printing Process

All fine-art printing is done on a state-of-the art Epson 9880 with Ultrachrome K3 archival inks. Utilizing custom paper profiles and over 8 years printing experience we know how to create the best output for your images. Whether you are looking for small submission prints or something much larger, image quality is always our first goal. Below is a general guide to pricing and what we regularly stock, please contact us for other sizes and materials or any custom work.

Paper Selection

We are specially setup for matte-type surfaces, on paper, canvas and other custom materials. We currently stock the following papers (others available on request).

• Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm

  100% Cotton Rag, Heavy Weight, Smooth Surface.

• Hahnemuhle William Turner 310gsm

  100% Cotton Rag, Heavy Weight, Medium Textured Surface - Similar to some watercolor cold press papers.

• Lexjet Sunset Select Fibre Matte 285gsm

  Conventional Fibre Based Paper, Medium Weight, Ultra-Smooth Surface, Brilliant White - An alternative to the lighter-weight Epson Premium Matte Paper.

• Lexjet Sunset Select Matte Canvas

  Poly-Cotton Blend, Water Resistant, PH Neutral & Acid Free Coating - Good for stretching or mounting flat, can be rolled for transport, surface needs UV spray coating for exposed framing.

UV Spray Coating (Liquid Lamination)

Add UV protection and scuff/mar resistance to any print with a UV liquid lamination. Each print is hand coated with an HVLP gun several times to build a series of very fine layers. The result is a natural varnish type surface, with a slight texture and a satin/semi-gloss sheen. Prints can be mounted or stretched (canvas) and hung without glass.
